03Shirt room and three-no
Shirt room and three-no are names for a concept — how staff dress and how the room is run. Hyperpublic is the name of a system. That is why the two are not really comparable: one describes the mood, the other describes the rules.
04How to judge a venue
Ignore the sign. Ask two questions: is seating fixed or rotating, and will they tell you the bottle, TC and extension rates before you walk in. Those two answers predict the evening.

06Terms you will hear
The room with one whisky bottle and the basic setting. Ask what the setting covers.
The room fee is the charge for the room itself. Ask whether it is inside the room charge or separate.
Table charge — the hourly room fee for each partner at the table. Ask the base session length.
You see the partners and decide yourself. Ask whether the choice holds to the end.
Partners swapped on a timer. We do not run rotation.
Added when you stay past the base session. Ask if it is automatic or on your say-so.
07How a night runs
Call or message with headcount and arrival time.
We quote room charge, TC and extension before you come in.
Valet takes the car at the entrance; you are shown to the room.
You meet the partners and choose. That choice stays for the session.
Settle at the quoted rates. We arrange a designated driver home.
08If this is your first time
No preparation is needed. Headcount and arrival time are enough.
We do not take one. The rates are given before you enter.
There is none. A jacket suits a formal hosting night, nothing more.
English, Japanese and Chinese are supported at the table.
09Things you do not have to do
There is no online booking. One call or message is the whole process.
Tell us headcount and the kind of night; we assign it.
We arrange a designated driver, so leaving the car is fine.
10Getting home afterwards
N13, N37 and N61 run through this part of Gangnam roughly from midnight to 04:00, every 15–40 minutes.
If you drove, we arrange a driver to take your own car home. You never drive after drinking.
The COEX side has a steady flow of taxis through the night, which is not true of every district.
